About Appaca

Build the internal tools and specialised AI agents your business needs in one workspace, shaped around the way your team actually works. Your team knows the process, but the system around it is a mix of forms, follow-ups, and manual checks. The work gets done, but only because someone keeps pushing it along. The request comes in on Slack, the record goes in a spreadsheet, the draft gets written in a chat window, and nothing is connected.

About Product Hunters liked my idea

The Best AI journal app that turns your thoughts, voice notes, and links into a sorted personal journal. Private by default, exportable anytime. We find the moods, patterns, and people behind them, so you can actually see your own growth. We do the work of noticing your moods, habits, and the patterns tying it all together. Just write or speak what's on your mind - we turn it into something you can actually search, track, and learn from.
