The app is mobile-friendly and is available on android, ios and windows devices. The IndPay service is marketed to the customers having an operational saving account in the Bank.
Let’s look at the steps that you need to follow to start Mobile Banking services on your handsets –
Step 1-
Download the IndPay application from the Play Store or App Store and install it.
Step 2-
Firstly, the customer needs to begin the registration process by entering the CIF Number. An OTP would be received on the customer’s registered handset number.
Step 3-
Customer is required to enter the OTP and register using the Net Banking credentials. After authentication, customer can now set MTPIN and MPIN for the Mobile Banking. Please make sure both of them are different from each other.
Step 4-
The last step includes only Logging in with the MPIN as credentials and you are done with the registration process.
Few Key Notes in the Indian bank Mobile Banking –
MTPIN –
MTPIN is a mobile banking PIN that is used to make Transaction on the go. It’s a FOUR-digit number that is required at the time of Funds Transfers.
MPIN –
It’s also a FOUR-digit number required to access your Mobile Banking services on the application. Make sure both MPIN and MTPIN should not be the same and shouldn’t disclose them.
