Inadequate amount of sleep:
When we have responsibilities in hand, we try to steal time and borrow it from our sleep time at night. This often seems to work but we never realize when it has become a habit and we go on procrastinating the work because working during sleep hours always works for some people!
It is not deniable that working during the night for some people is really prolific but it comes with adverse health effects which don’t show up immediately, and only later. People start to face backaches, or neck aches, or even cervical. So, it is beneficial and advisable to take proper and undisturbed sleep.
Drinking and smoking is not an escape:
Some people tilt towards drinking alcohol or smoking in order to escape their work stress. Remember, this can make you feel relaxed, but only temporarily. From the inside, you would still feel restless and dissatisfied with your work and performance. Thus, drinking and smoking are not the solutions, they are in fact additional problems that you welcome in your life and they are not easy to let go of.
